libm17n-im-config-dev software package provides input method configuration library for m17n-lib - development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libm17n-im-config-dev
libm17n-im-config-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libm17n-im-config-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libm17n-im-config-dev *
You will get with libm17n-im-config-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
